- 10–15 business days for delivery after dispatch

International Shipping
- We ship worldwide
- 3–4 working days for crafting
- 15–20 business days for delivery
- Orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis
- Customs duties, import taxes & local charges are to be paid by the customer
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange
We recommend getting alterations done locally for faster service.
Exchanges
- Size exchange only
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, with original tags & packaging
- Exchange is subject to size availability
- One-time exchange only per order
- An unboxing video is mandatory in case of wrong product received
Shipping for Exchanges
- If the wrong size was ordered by the customer → return shipping borne by customer
- If an incorrect or defective item was sent by Janana → we bear all shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked courier for return shipments
Exchanged products cannot be returned again
Returns & Cancellations
- No order cancellations once placed
- No returns or refunds, except in case of:
Damaged or defective items (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
If we cancel your order due to stock or quality issues, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
